Please note that access to the spa is not included in the room price unless otherwise specified. When booking a spa included rate, please contact the property to schedule your appointment. Air conditioning in the rooms is available from June 15 to September 15. Half board and full board regimens do not include drinks. If a prepaid non-refundable reservation is made, the property will send guests detailed instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. If payment is not made within the period specified on said platform, the reservation will be cancelled. Guests must show a valid ID and credit card at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Due to the remodeling of the facilities, the spa will be closed from February 17th to March 13th, both days included.
