Fantastic stay

Wow, we arrived very hot to a very welcoming lady on reception who checked us in and drove us up to our villa. Absolutely blown away with this accommodation, you could probably park 3 or 4 cars on the drive, huge morrocan style front door which opens up to the beautiful lounge with the pool right outside it, either side are the bedrooms, ones with huge shower the other with large bath, wall in wardrobes off each bedroom, kitchen and dining area and utility room with everything you need there. Outside then is great size pool and great seating area and good size garden. The onsite Arenas restaurant offers a large variety of food and drink at breakfast. We ate there our first night and highly recommend as food was delicious. My only negative is a gentleman in the restaurant who I think is possibly the Manager, not very welcoming and almost as if we were a bit of an inconvenience but other than that's we had a very relaxing holiday and would definitely stay again.

Great!

Villas were clean and well equipped, only downsides the included breakfast was not the best, would recommend going to a coffee shop before having breakfast here. Would adjust the water pressure for the showers. Overall great stay, amazing Staff, great recommendations on what to do around the island. Would go again, highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villas Alondra, 6 of us in a 3 bedroom villa with private pool, bliss.
The service we received from the minute we arrived till we left was excellent, nothing was too much bother, a big thank you especially goes to Alberto.
We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner one evening which was delicious.
We hope to go back

Quiet and luxurious family escape

From start to finish this was one of the best if not the best family holiday we’ve been on. The service from staff at reception to cleaning staff and catering staff were excellent. Before we arrived they asked me for a list of food items I wanted in my cupboards and fridge - this service was invaluable. We stayed in a Villa Grande deluxe and it was stunning. The pool was warm and the garden and sun loungers were great. Breakfast was included and beautiful ( would have loved fresh coffee). The reception ordered all my taxis while there and provided a complimentary luxury transfer to and from the airport because I booked direct. Couldn’t recommend this holiday enough. Thank you!!!

Fabulous chilled girls break

A fantastic stay. 4 women on a girls trip and this was the perfect base in puerto del Carmen. We were greeted by Felix with cava and a tour in the mini bus of the surrounding area so we’d have our bearings for the next day. The villa was great with plenty of space and a private garden with sun loungers and a hot tub (amazing in January). The on site restaurant was a short walk away set in fabulous gardens with a pool. Breakfast was included with buffet cold and hot food. Really good but great amenities in the villa if you want to cook for yourself. Walk to the center of the strip a pleasant downhill stroll of about 15 mins. Taxi home only €4. Highly recommended place to stay. We were very chilled guests but Felix would have done as much or as little as you needed to make the stay great. Recommended local eateries etc. Cleaning service excellent. I’d go back. :-)
