Very good hotel

Very spacious room with street views. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very professional and attentive staff throughout. The parking although it is elevator we had no problem. Very well located close to downtown and with good places close to tapas or eating.

Top-rated hotel in Ubeda for its location.

It is a good hotel in general, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good location and very close to the historic center, friendly staff, has park, although limited to the width and length of the car because it is accessed by a car elevator, from the food we only made breakfast buffet and well within normal. It has a swimming pool although only seasonal. It is the second time we have stayed in this hotel on the way to the Andalusian coast, ideal to disconnect drinking and tasting one of its many tapas and foods in any of its bars and or restaurants, and admire many buildings and monuments since Úbeda is a World Heritage Site.

Centrally located hotel, super friendly staff, food as if you were at home, very nice waiters, taxi service to carry your suitcases since the bus does not enter the historic center, I rate it a 10, you get to all the places super quickly It is 350 meters from the center of the city of Ubeda

I have to admit that, after solving a noise problem in the room, the stay was great!!
Although it is not a charming hotel, we must highlight the friendliness and good work of the workers. At all times we have felt very welcome and it is appreciated.

Bad communication to the reservation.

Correct hotel located in the historic center of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking was requested for two vehicles, NOTING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we cannot park at the hotel because vehicles access the parking lot through an elevator in which vans cannot fit. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of vehicles from neighbors, turned the operation of disembarking occupants and luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing the next morning to charge when leaving the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very badly.
