Staff very helpful. Shuttle crew/ service very good. Mr. Ali at the reception very knowledgeable and professional. Breakfast was good and very polite staff.

The AC was not working until one of the stuff had to come and fix it then the switch for charging are not safe you should all watch out their switch outlet damaged my charger completely. When I called they said they will send a maintenance personel the next day. I slept with my phone off that forced me to go and buy another charger the next day. I would say the property is over priced and their services are poor. This place used to be the best not anymore poor management I guess.

I was miss lead, they told me they gave me an upgrade at no cost. The next morning I woke up with 2 inches of water all over the room. I had to call to be moved to an other room, the room was the same it is not an upgrade!!
It was very difficult to get a gluten free meal. Most had no idea what is gluten.
