Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were good. And the breakfast was expansive, with Thai, Chinese, Korean, Indian, and Western foods. My only complaint was the queue for the coffee machine, as it made very nice coffee, but it took 5 minutes to get one every time.
This is a family oriented hotel, with plenty of kids running around and enjoying themselves. If you don't like the sound of children laughing and screaming in the pool,, then this might not be the place for you.
Location is good. Plenty of restaurants and shops on its quiet street. It's an easy 15 minute walk to quite a large shopping mall if you want a wider variety of shops and restaurants.
