😃 The hotel staff were friendly and nice helping me check in quickly, with my bags to the room. And also to organise express laundry for that evening. The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Location is great.
😣 There was a light from the TV shining directly into my eyes when trying to sleep - had to unplug to get it to go away. The AC noise was soooo loud. Even when turned off it sounded like vacuuming. Zero sound-proofing between rooms. It was quite hard to sleep through the night even though the bed was comfy ! Fine if you are a light sleeper.

The room is big and comfort. But the room is a little bit old. Also the shower head is fixed on the wall thats not very useful for me. The AC is not very cold even i have set it to the lowest. I have to buy a small extra fan to sleep.
When we check-in the room. The room like more than 30oC and the AC need few hours to cool down the room. Apart from the AC, everything is ok.

Small boutique hotel, tugged in a quiet corner from all buzzling busy roads. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel provides free simple breakfast too. Good on the day when we need to check out early to catch our bus to ChiangRai. Clean comfy sheets and bed are soft, bathroom is clean too. Only down side is the location is slightly away from all the gates , temples and shopping streets. Nevertheless, still good and we will recommend to our fellow friends

Staff were really helpful and accommodating! Even after checkout, they allowed us to leave our bags and shower before we had to head off later in the afternoon. Location is good and I would definitely recommend.

So clean and calm, convenience for my solo trip. They offer bread, Thai banana , coffee and tea in the morning. Staff is friendly and supported.
