Incredible !
From the moment you arrive u are transported into something very unique , we have never experienced such sublime service from arrival to departure we were in hands of Habib our butler ( he must be the best in the word) he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed every moment . Managers come to see you at breakfast and around in the day to have a daily chat adding the personal touch , unusual these days ! Lovely people everywhere guest , staff all just amazing . The villas are outstanding so cool , food is great , sunset bar perfect spot , spa and gym perfect too . Plenty to do locally on ur door step just a few minutes in a tuck tuck - can’t beat this location ! Complimentary daily trip to Hong island for white sand and coconuts ! We will return soon Pulay Bay you are the best !

A Truly Special Stay at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Krabi
Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Krabi was beyond exceptional—an experience that touched our hearts from the moment we arrived.
Right at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel management team, something we’ve never experienced before. Their personal attention made us feel truly special, like valued guests, not just visitors. Every little detail showed how much the hotel cares about guests’ comfort and feelings.
The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always smiling. The hotel itself is full of charming touches and beautiful design elements that stand out.
Our room was spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light and greenery. The layout was perfect, with a comfortable bed, luxury amenities, and a Smart TV that connected easily to our favorite apps. The green views outside blended beautifully with the calm tones of the room. The private pool and separate bath area created a romantic atmosphere—ideal for couples.
Breakfast was both elegant and delicious. The hotel manager greeted guests at the restaurant with a warm smile, making the morning even more pleasant.
We also went on a day trip to a nearby island, arranged by the hotel. Even though we can’t recall the island’s name, the service and organization were top-notch.
This stay was truly unforgettable—a dream come true. We felt deeply relaxed, cared for, and happy every moment of our time there.
A heartfelt thank you to the leadership team: Khun Javid, Khun Ian, Khun Sagar ,Director of Rooms, Khun Tanya (Asst. Front Office Manager), and Khun Bom (Loss Prevention Manager), for their thoughtful care. Also, a special thank you to Khun Salaam, who took care of us throughout our stay.
We will definitely come back. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s peace of mind, comfort, and pure relaxation.

Everything we expected and more
We stayed at Phulay Bay in late January 2025 - two couples, all celebrating our 40th birthdays. Our stay at PB was nothing short of fantastic, in all aspects. The rooms are spacious, uniquely designed, huge bathrooms...and ours had an outdoor atrium area with a soaking tub. The beds are massive - I think it is 2 king sized beds combined. They claim to have the largest beds in Asia and I'd believe it. Excessive? Maybe, but we actually slept fabulous with all that room.
The best part of the resort is that upon arrival, we learned that all villas include a personal butler. I had read this in other reviews but wasn't sure it would actually apply as I hadn't seen anything about it when booking on the Ritz website. But our personal butler, Yid, was there to greet us upon check in and he really knocked it out of the park. He literally would take care of everything for us. I'm very hands on when it comes to planning and excursions, etc, and I quickly learned to trust Yid and let him do his thing. From spa appointments, to scuba diving, to taxi trips, he handled it all and honestly never forgot anything we asked him to do. He truly made our stay memorable. The resort has implemented something unique with their butlers and it truly does help set this resort apart. As a comparison, we've stayed at Four Seasons in Chiang Mai, Rayavadee in Krabi, and Pimilai in Koh Lanta. All fantastic resorts but Yid simply made our stay extra special. He event gifted us with personalized "Yid" dolls to take home and be a part of our families on the other side of the world.
The food is good - breakfast is great...a la carte menu is nice and customizable. Service was always top notch (Thai service is the best we've experienced anywhere in the world). Our favorite dinner was at Sri Trang. The sunset bar overlooking the water was our favorite spot, never crowded and the bar tenders were excited when we arrived...and pretty much knew which drink we wanted after the first day.
The spa is fantastic. We did multiple treatments during our stay and kept coming back for more. So relaxing and luxurious. Great facilities and again, great service. Truly don't have anything bad to say - only comment is there is not a beach to play or layout at. But I think that's probably understood by most. It did not really bother us. The pool is large and was never crowded at all. And their daily trip to Hong Island was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend doing that (complimentary). There's a beautiful beach there if you need some sand for a few hours.

Paradise Found
Looking for paradise?, then look no further. This hotel blew us away…..everything and I mean everything was just perfect. This hotel is only matched by our stay at The One & Only Palm Dubai.
If you’re looking for Ultra Luxury then I recommend this resort 100% . We had a Reserve Pavilion that not only had the largest bed we have ever slept in but also the largest bath.
The greeting upon entering the resort is very special (sorry but I’m not going to spoil the surprise for future guests) You are made to feel as if you are the most important person in house and from our butler Pin who did a fabulous job ferrying us around on the club buggy to the pool staff who tended to our every wish (I wanted a strawberry milkshake, not on the menu but hey no worries let’s make you one. The attitude of never say “No” is clearly a motto and culture of the staff/resort
Now I class myself as a bit of a foodie…..you will not be disappointed as good as any Michelin Starred restaurant you will be spoilt for choice and quality (Just been awarded 3 Michelin Keys - justly deserved)

Exceptional place for serene vacation !
Located around 2h drive from Phuket international airport , this reserve is located in the national park , surrounded by all sorts of flora and animals ( we have seen grand lizards , fishes , birds and butterflies of all sorts ).
The service was impeccable : from the morning you wake up to go to breakfast to the time you close eyes - everyone is extremely helpful and respectful , but not in your face pushy . The territory is extremely clean and looked after .
We enjoyed the peace and tranquility that this particular ritz reserved has got to offer - area is huge and spread , so even though there were other guests - everyone had plenty of personal space .
3 restaurants on site , with one chef overseeing it all and quality is amazing throughout .
Hotel offers free boat rides to the phi phi island with tickets costing 10$ per person , when the same ride outside costing around 100$ per person.
Special mention goes to our butler Jake who went above and beyond to ensure our all queries were all met from room service to restaurant recommendations - Jake is an absolute asset to the hotel.
Most definitely recommending this reserve to anyone who is looking to relax fully and experience Thai culture and cuisine , without stereotypical assumptions of Thailand.
