all cool at this place

Everything is basic-nice. The rooms are clean and basic, the location is fairly central, the staff are friendly and unbothersome, which came in handy. What you get for the price is great and I highly recommend it for a few nights stay in Ubon.

Adequate!

We stayed 1 night, just passing through Ubon on our way back fron Laos.
Central location, ample parking. Friendly at reception. We took a "big" room at 650 THB. Fridge, airco, flatscreen, excellent 6ft bed, clean.
The place has no restaurant, just a "coffee-corner" where you can buy drinks & snacks. Streetfood within walking distance
just outside the hotel. We had a really excellent Thai dinner in a big and crowded place at 5 mns walking. Turn right out of the hotel and right again at the first street. Walk past the school, the place is opposite the 7/11. Recommended! (No falang food though ...).

Good value & Central

For 350B/$10 this is a good deal. Clean, friendly, TV, AC etc and a small cafe downstairs. Central with a coffee shop just around the corner and walking dsistance to centre and night food stalls just south of the park

Hard pillows but good room

I spent 3 nights in this standard clean hotel, had a taxi booked in the morning by a pleasant receptionist. There's an elevator for those like me lazy to carry their heavy luguages. The rooms are comfortable with furnitures. The price is very abordable, and the name is well-known by every tuk-tuk driver !

Adequate at Good Price

The hotel is a little old fashioned but it is only 360 baht for a fan room which is pretty reasonable and cheap. The rooms are quite standard but we did not have any complaints. They were clean and adequate. Hot shower, TV, free fast wifi, wardrobe, no fridge though. Might have been in the higher rooms. Parking available and it's right in the city centre and also very conveniently located for the airport which is very close. I would stay there again.
