A large and magnificent hotel

Our second time in Istanbul. We stayed at this hotel with my husband. The staff is really very friendly. The rooms are very clean, I definitely recommend it. A large and magnificent hotel. This became our second home.

I just came to Istanbul from the united state and i found this beautiful hotel is super clean everyone friendly breakfast was amazing and room service was great and is closer to the markets and can walk to center of the old city and shopping center I really recommend

Poor hotel management and service

Very bad service. I have try to book extra single room and leave from double room so my father could be alone in double room, but they said need to go via tourist agency. Tourist Agency said need to pay extra for allready paid double room because it will be only one person in that room, and then pay for a single room. There is no legal or logical or any other reason for such behaviour.

Clean polite and beautiful

This hotel is 4 star, I came with a group. Rooms are so clean, they clean everyday, and they leave everday two free water and coffee. All employees were very polite and caring. Thank you very much everyone. especially to receptionist begum. She’s so help us. I will come again with my family.

NIGHTMARE STAY.

We were a group of friends to this 4* hotel and you really have 4* left over. They didn’t look like the rooms at all like the pictures you see on their page and for the price we had paid, they were old, dirty and smelly. My husband and I spent the first night killing cockroaches . The next day we asked to be changed, to another room, we were given one already renovated in which there was only a sheet put on each bed, as it was cold we asked for duvets or blankets, when we asked for them they treated us unpleasantly....when we were already in bed almost asleep, they knocked on the door and handed us two yellow wrinkled duvets made a ball together, so we suspected that they were not clean when we opened them to check them, they were indeed not clean, we saw rat droppings stuck to the duvet and yellow spots of rat urine as well.
The next day my travel companions were demanding room changes because they had seen cockroaches also in their old rooms. It was very unpleasant this situation..... How can they award a hotel like GUARRO 4 stars??? We were totally fooled...
This award of 4* is surreal.
We were exhausted because we could not sleep peacefully and relaxed.
It was a bad nightmare.
Don't even think about going there.
