amazing experience. Super friendly staff ,very clean safe area access to public transit .it's near a big park with play ground. Walking distance to subway . Perfect stay for family .

The hotel is affordable and offers good value for the price. The cleanliness is excellent and the rooms are well-maintained. However, the breakfast could be improved—there should be more variety of bread. The location is not ideal, as it’s about a 24-minute walk to the city center.

Friendly and efficient reception staff who came out into the street to welcome us as we arrived. Clean family room with a sofa bed for the third person (as promised) and an excellent breakfast.

Friendly reception staff who came out onto the street to greet us. A clean family room with a sofa bed for the third person as promised. Nice large rooms, with two armchairs and a spacious bathroom. An excellent breakfast was included in the fare.

The serious grievance I experienced regarding the hotel

I am writing this article for this medium as a physician. I made a reservation at Paris Prestij Hotel for my patients coming from England between 1.5.2024-8.5.2024. When my patients arrived at the hotel, they were kept waiting in the lobby for 2 hours without being checked in. Since I was in surgery, I learned about this very late, and when I called the hotel as soon as I left and asked why, it was stated that they were not allowed into the room because their fees were not sent in advance. I would like to state here that it is unacceptable to victimize my patients without being informed about this issue beforehand. Moreover, I leave it to you, who read this comment, to decide how appropriate it is for the principles and ethics of tourism to victimize a guest coming from a corporate clinic with such a sense of insecurity. Apart from all these, my patients reported the problems they had with their rooms to the staff and were subjected to rude behavior. After this, they asked me to change their hotel. I called the hotel and informed them that I would pick up my patients from their hotel tomorrow and that I would deduct the 1-day fee and request a refund of the remaining fee. Hatice lady at the reception informed me that they do not give refunds. Even though there is no contract etc. between him and us regarding this matter. The next day, I picked up my patients from the hotel and gave them my refund bill. I informed them that if they did not refund my fee, I would apply to the necessary channels. After this statement, Ms. Hatice said: "The patients did not check out of the hotel, we do not know, their belongings are in the room (only 2 forgotten slippers, all other suitcases were taken and the room key was delivered to the reception), so we will deduct today's money and refund the rest." I informed him that I did not accept this and that they had no right to do so, and I ended my speech. As a result, I would definitely recommend that you do not choose this hotel and stay in a hotel with staff that lacks professional ethics. Please stay away. It's only a matter of time before you become a victim. My complaint will not be limited to this medium, but will also be forwarded personally to the officials in the ministries of finance, commerce and tourism.
