High level of professionalism

Nice location. That's the top dollar. Breakfasts are decent. I'm really ashamed of the way some of the hotel guests behaved at breakfasts, but they must have starved as children, I don't know. A special thank you to the receptionist at Adele's office, who helped with any issues instantly. Thank you for the highest level of professionalism. I'll definitely be back.

Three star hotel - not bad!

In April we stayed at the Uptown Apartments hotel in the UAE, Fujairah.
I want to share my positive impressions of my stay.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, with normal furniture and appliances. Cleaning was carried out upon request, towels and bed linen were also changed upon request.
Breakfasts were varied and delicious, including fresh vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, cheese, sausage, pastries and hot dishes. Everything was quite tasty.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help. I especially want to acknowledge the work of the employees Adelle, Cherry, Manu, Sanish, Aravinth and Gokul. They were always attentive to our requests and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a shuttle that can take you to the beach or pool at certain hours. We went by taxi.
In general, the Uptown Apartments hotel in Fujairah UAE provides basic amenities and services typical of a three-star hotel. Therefore, if you are accustomed to a luxurious five-star holiday, you should look further.

Never Choose This Hotel - It is Pathetic

The property is an absolute mess.
Do not and I say again, do not book here or stay here.
There was mold in the property and a strange smell, when I asked the reception if I can open the windows for ventilation they said the windows are shut completely and cannot be open at the entire property.
Do not book this hotel if travelling with a family
