The great hotel in Dubai
This hotel is pretty cool. Is close Dubai mall. In front of there is one supermarket. All the employees are super friendly, educated and respectful. The room is amazing. They have one amazing breakfast, gym and one swimming pool! Also they have guides to show you the desert

Better choice out there
Once you enter the hotel you feel everyone is scared and unhappy !! the lobby restaurant is a highlight. It’s simple yet nicely designed, and the food served there is genuinely good. However, breakfast was a disappointment. The main restaurant is extremely small, cramped, and overcrowded. It was so packed that the only alternative was a meeting room, which didn’t feel appropriate for dining. The breakfast buffet itself looked sparse unappetizing and very old .. definitely in need of touch ups.

Did not like much
Overall, the hotel needs some serious updating, both in its facilities and its service energy. There are some good elements, but it’s hard to overlook the basics that were lacking as there is many hotels sake price and better quality vibes.

Great choice
Loved this place! Great location. Right next to the mall so all the fun kids stuff like kidsZania, Play DBX just a short walk away. Nice swimming pool. The most amazing buffet breakfast with the nicest staff. Convenient shop right next door. The only complaint was the hotel driver who we had specifically asked to drive at at a normal speed and of course he said yes but than drive speeding like a maniac and said people that want to drive slowly have a mental health issue

Very noisy construction site adjacent to hotel and in lobby that was not disclosed.
I booked a room here with a Burj Khalifa view room. On arrival there was construction noise in the lobby and inquired about noise on check in. The girl helping me said it was just spa construction noise. Imagine my shock when I arrived to my room to find an *ENTIRE construction site for a new building* right outside my room! They DID NOT disclose this prior to my arrival. The manager said he thought an email was sent but it was certainly not or I would’ve canceled prior to arrival. They told me they work from 0700-2000. The construction site is right next to the pool and anyone booking a Burj view will be listening to construction noise. I’m talking big equipment like cranes. They should be required to disclose this. I canceled my room and went elsewhere. Terrible. This ordeal wasted two hours of my time and I had to scramble as a solo traveler to find another hotel.
