Family experience

I brought this as a Xmas present as never went to Brighton before premier inn was right in the centre of the huddle and huddle of it all! I brought breakfast too which is always excellent
Room very spacious and did what was needed as a family of four two adult and two kids
I did asked reception for our room to be cleaned but unfortunately it wasn’t that was the only down side so we had to go and ask for more towels but apart from that excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone

Great for a family visit

The hotel does look a bit grotty from the outside but the room was clean and actually really spacious for a family room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is no air conditioning ( we did know this upon booking) but you also couldn’t open the room windows so the room was very warm and stuffy. Breakfast was decent, good selection of continental and full English. We would definitely stay here again.

Expensive for what it is

Chose a premier inn as we've stayed in a few before, wasn't planning on being in the room much and generally our experience has been good value for money in the others we've been at. Stayed as a family.of 4 with 2 young children and good points were location, staff friendliness and quietness in the room.
Aside from this the hotel is incredibly tired both in the public areas and room. Toilets in the restaurant looked like a prison block. Carpet was dirty and didn't reach the walls in the bedroom. No real storage, places to hang stuff up. I'd probably spend a little more in future and stay somewhere nicer

Great service

After being let down by booking.com my partner and I had no where to stay over the weekend of the Brighton marathon. My partner was running the marathon on the Sunday and we were utterly screwed with no where to stay. I took a punt and asked in Premier Inn if they had any spare rooms. Louise was on the reception and she was brilliant. She found us a room right away and couldn’t have been more apologetic about the price. The price of the room for two nights was £420. This is extortionate but we were desperate and we expected to pay a pretty penny due to the marathon. Louise was brilliant and offered us a free breakfast as compensation. Louise absolutely saved us that weekend and we couldn’t have been more than thankful! The room itself was clean and very large! Breakfast was lovely. My partner was very full and well rested and was able to complete his marathon. Thank you Louise!
