Mr Wilson the manager, Mrs Sherry Omg was so nice ..Mrs Brown and Joy was awesome and Terrica was nice ..

All five and above ..It was a great team of people Ron and Mike and Chet and Mike the cooks..The food was amazing..The housekeeper Joy clean my room spotless..Even the guest were spiritual and the military guest were so nice..The food was great

Mostly nice

Hotel's lobby looks amazing. Very inviting and very well lit dining area.
The breakfast buffet appeared very well staged. Abundance of berries, fruit and pastries. The hot portion did not quite measure up to the presentation, so maybe ordering from the menu could be a good idea if one desires to upgrade the cooked breakfast.
My main concern with the room was bleachy smell. I was too tired to move to another hotel, and decided to deal with it. Maitenance did not have any aromatic fix for the bleach scent, but he sprayed something anyway. Eventually, I either got used to it and the smell has dissapeared.
Not everyone is a fan of bleach, so maybe hotel should consider upgrading their cleaning solution for the rooms.
4 star rating is mostly for the fabulous lobby appearance. The actual room is definitely below that rating.

We had a terrible day on the road, the hotel and staff made it up for all that and then some. They were warm and welcoming, we had a nice meal at the bar and really enjoyed talking to Patrick, he is fantastic, thank you so much for everything.

We stayed here on our way to watch an Auburn football game. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a nice area. A lot of good eating and shopping places nearby and it is conveniently located right off of the interstate.

Great experience, great location

We had read some of the reviews that were less than glowing. We had a great experience. The lobby and staff were great. Our room had been recently remodeled and still had that “new” smell. It was very modern and attractive. It is not a cheap hotel, but nothing around the east chase area was during the time of our stay. It was a very busy time and most of the surrounding hotels were sold out. They were everything we would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Great rooms, clean, and friendly staff. We would stay again.
