It was really nice. It’s a pretty average hotel. We did wake up to cleaning service trying to enter our door pretty early in the morning. We did not hear them knocking or anything, just tried getting in. Luckily we had the top lock so they weren’t able and eventually left. After that we put up the do not disturb the whole time. The lady at the front desk that checked us in kinda had an attitude. We did arrive pretty late and had difficulty checking in. Otherwise, the rest of our trip was good so we didn’t take anything personally

My stay was great. The hotel was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and view. Laurie (I believe that was her name) was very pleasant and ensured that our needs were met.
The hotel is in close proximity to various attractions, eateries, etc.

Awful front desk.

Front desk employees were great except 1 girl. Upon checkin after 6 hours of traveling. i asked if my husband could have a water.. She refused him one.. He is extremely ill weeks to live.. He is a member but she couldn't find his account.. I've been a members for years but she still refused him a water since the reservation was in his name. Staying a week and I'm regretting it. Everytime I have had to deal with her she is very distant and snarky. Dont get me wrong the other lady is amazing.. Homewood suites here I come. There is no shuttle service to and from the airport.

I have to have some medical stuff at BMC hospital and the best thing was that it was in walking distance…. And go takeout around the area….. they accommodated everything we needed
