Very nice accommodations. Excellent bed, clean room, good shower. Little pricey, but it is downtown Boston, and most other properties cost much more. Would stay here again.

Front Desk Staff Unprofessional
I do need to report to you the strange and unprofessional experience my wife and I had during this stay at the hotel.
When we arrived, we were given a room that was designed strictly for a wheelchair bound handicapped person. It was very hard to stay in this room because of the physical accommodations. 1) The room door opens and stays open longer than normal (and it stood open a few times until I had to pull it. 2) The toilet was several feet off the floor making it nearly impossible to use, especially if you weren't in a wheelchair (we had to use the one in the hospital. 2) The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was off its track making privacy an impossibility. 4) The water was very cold throughout the time we stood there.
First thing I did was tell the front desk guy what was going on (he called us immediately after we walked into the room as if he knew we would be uncomfortable there and was just checking (something no one ever did the few other times we stood there). He said there was absolutely nothing he could do about any of these issues because there were no other rooms available.
Secondly, my wife and I went down to dinner and saw a woman at the front desk and told her all about our room issues, she was uninterested and robotic claiming that nothing can be done since Dana Farber selects the rooms, and if I want to complain about it, complain to Dana Farber. I told her that the water was freezing and could someone look at it and she said that we need to wait 25 minutes for the water to get hot since it is an old building. What nonsense and I told her so. She was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I know I am getting a deal at $45 a night, but one shouldn't be treated like a second-class citizen in my own country. We were both appalled but just dealt with all the nonsense.

Nice spot!
The Inn was a welcome respite after a long day of testing at Dana Farber. Comfortable beds, clean, microwave and refrigerator, good heating/cooling system. And our meal at the Longwood Grill was tasty, very reasonably priced, nice cold beer, and excellent service. Only criticism is only 2 small, slow elevators.

Lovely Hotel
This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, the last time was 7 years ago! It is a lovely hotel, very convenient for public transport & plenty of places to eat in the area. All the staff were super friendly, checked in really quickly which is always good after a long flight. Great room, coffee machine, plenty of storage space & bed & pillows really comfortable, slept very well. There is noise from the road but as it is a medical area you should expect this with ambulances etc, I did not find it an issue. Will definitely come back to the hotel

Nice staff and clean rooms
The staff were wonderful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Unfortunately there was a water outage so we couldn't shower or use the restrooms. Not the hotels fault but it was a hassle. Also one elevator which could accommodate only 4 people...
