It was ok until a customer came with a bed bug on his pillow and they didn’t get rid of it properly made me didn’t want to stay but I already paid my money.

The Floors were dirty in the room and bathroom. The restaurant inside the hotel literally scammed us and added a $25 tip to a $20 purchase of wine.

Waited and waited on shuttle . Finally had to pay another shuttle to drop us off for 20 bucks. The lady at check- in was lovely.

At breakfast, I asked for a burrito at 7:45 and waited nearly 30 minutes and still didn’t get it and I informed the waiter that I had to be on the 830 shuttle in the morning to make it to the airport and then when I ask him at 8:20 where it is, he says they can’t even make it in the first place.
