Great Place for a group event

Rooms are uniquely upscaled. Lots of shops and foods on the ground floor. The food and the staff were excellent. The conference room was really unique, and was a great place for our training. A great place to host a group event. We plan to return.

Maven stay for recent wedding

We liked the area around the hotel and loved the market area/food court with lots of options for eating and drinking. Staff was very friendly. We asked for housekeeping for each day of our stay. They never came the first day. Second day we had to ask three times at the desk and eventually they just handed us some clean towels. They finally came after 4 pm when we left for a wedding. There was only one small hook in the bathroom and no towel racks. I have seen the same at other hotels recently, and I am not sure why they can't add racks/hooks. For the price of the room, we should have had a small refrigerator. There were great eating options with the market area, but no place to put our leftovers.

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at The Maven. The location was absolutely perfect. We were not sure what location in Denver would be the best to enjoy all that the city has to offer and LoDo was the correct choice. We could walk to everything easily and could have taken the Maven up on their car services if we hadn't wanted to walk. The customer service was amazing - 100% of the staff were kind, helpful and made the whole stay feel really special. Our room was comfortable and the views spectacular - ballpark one direction and the mountain the other direction. We also really loved all of the artwork throughout the hotel.

A great area, great hotel and great staff

An excellent experience from booking through departure. The updates by way of email and text messages were greatly appreciated. The check-in experience was quick and efficient and the staff were able to shine with there experience and helpfulness with ease. Coffee in the AM and happy hour in the afternoon are welcomed bonuses. The room was tidy and functional. The gym nearby is outfitted well. The hotel is located in a top notch area in our opinion. With dining options galore, access to each of the stadiums for sports event and outdoor walking amenities. A great experience led by caring staff and great amenities close by.

Great staff...bed not so much

Location was amazing, Mexican food was SO good! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our only compliant was the bed was SO uncomfortable. Made the stay not very enjoyable. For the money we spent I expected a more luxery feel. BUT the staff was awesome!
