This hotel is very conveniently located near the T-Mobile center and Power and Light district. Breakfast was very good, and rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Government District

This hotel is within per diem, within a block of the Government District and three blocks from the power and light District including T-Mobile arena. Many dining choices close by. Market is five blocks and provides anything you may want to fit in the clean and nice sized room mirco/fridge. Room was on the 5th Floor, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. Only two complaints, the elevator is very slow and the TV was not attached properly to the TV mount although I did enjoy being able to easily hook up my roku from home and adjust the TV to any viewpoint in the room. Turnover was daily and excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient spot

Very close to a lively part of town with breweries, distilleries, craft beer bars, and some fun shops in one area. Also very close to Power and Light District with plenty of fun local bars and walking distance to the T Mobile Center. Easy access to the freeway. Parking may be a snarled mess, but tey do have an overflow parking area.

Great stay

Pretty good

Great room. Quiet. Great customer service. Paying $25 a day for parking is a little pricey considering you're paying to stay there already. I asked for a fan for my room and was given a filthy and broken fan that only pointed to the ceiling. Inside of fan was filled with dust and hair. Other than the fan and parking costs it was a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, great pillows spacious and clean.
