Great front desk lady in the morning

Good morning I have stayed here for a while on and off and I will tell you the front desk girl I believe her name is Crystal is AWESOME she always goes out of her way to make your stay special. she is always so cheerful no matter what. she defiantly needs a raise. I'm very shocked she is not a manger she is is very good at what she does. we just love her and hope she gets a lot of praise

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. I don’t expect luxury, but cleanliness is a must – and that was lacking here.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned: there were hairs in the sink, the floor had not been mopped, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. We called the front desk to request a replacement, and luckily, they changed it. However, the fact that it was in such a condition in the first place was unacceptable. The room itself was also not thoroughly cleaned.
Although the hotel claims to be “smoke-free,” there was a strong smell of marijuana in the elevators and near the entrance. To make matters worse, I even saw a receptionist smoking outside the hotel.
Breakfast was another big disappointment – limited options, cold food, and the scrambled eggs were barely edible. I have stayed at this hotel chain before, and I have never experienced such a poor-quality breakfast.
The location is fairly convenient for sightseeing, but we still chose to drive everywhere. The city has a large homeless population, and walking around didn’t feel particularly safe.
Another downside was the customer service. On our first night, our neighbors were extremely noisy, so I called the front desk. The person who answered simply said, “Front desk?” in a rude and unprofessional manner. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I cannot imagine handling a call this way in Poland, we always followed certain standards, like greeting the guest properly and offering assistance.
Overall, I rate our stay very poorly. It’s a shame because we booked two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. We will not be coming back.

Questing the accuracy of feedback I based my decision on. 2 stars at best, needs a good deepcleaning & a lot of REPAIRS!

Few/tight parking, strong smells, dirty floors, peeling caulk in bathroom, stains on furniture, uncomfortable bed- springs, LOUD/Broken AC, fridge didn't chill. Breakfast time was wrong, No pool or hot tub, radio made my charger spark!

The customer service was great, very kind and helpful. breakfast staff was very kind as well and was keeping everything stocked. the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and the floor was very sticky. I felt bad to ask someone to come clean as we already had to ask for extra blankets for the pull out couch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and made our stay enjoyable
