Best service that we ever had!
We arrived as a family at the hotel, already at the reception we were received in an extraordinary way by William Howard who helped us in every little and big thing with all his heart. He really gave us the feeling of a home away from home, he always welcomed us with a warm welcome and a smile, with knowledge and professionalism that helped us a lot regarding our stay in New York. We will definitely come back mainly thanks to him! The hotel is ideally located in Manhattan and provides excellent services! We strongly recommend everyone to come to the hotel and enjoy every moment!

Dirty and not soundproof, incapable manager
Courteous reception staff and incapacitated manager.
Rooms completely without soundproofing, you can hear the drains of the adjacent bathrooms.
The heating system is very noisy.
Poor room cleaning, linen (towels and sheets are stained) and hair around a lot.
They changed us 3 rooms, of which the last personally viewed by the manager and the conditions are the same, we asked to change hotels staying in their chain, but they told us that it was not possible.
Vacation interrupted.
