Wonderful Experience
Professional staff, excellent accommodations! The massage at the beautiful Spa was so relaxing. Overall our weekend stay was amazing. I would highly recommend The Grand Resort for your next weekend get away

Unfairly Removed & Mistreated by Security
An hour later, without any incident or warning, I was suddenly told I was cut off from getting drinks. When I approached security to understand why, they were unprofessional, aggressive, and dismissive, telling me to “f*** off” and go to my room. Things escalated when they continued to instigate the situation, leading to them calling the police and having me removed from the hotel—despite me not causing any problems.
At a high-end resort, you expect professionalism, fairness, and respect from the staff. Instead, I was mistreated, falsely accused, and denied the stay I paid for. When I later contacted management about the situation, they refused to refund me despite the fact that I was kicked out over baseless claims.
If you’re looking for a resort that values its guests and handles situations fairly and professionally, I can’t recommend this place. There are plenty of high-end resorts that actually treat guests with respect—unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.
