Nice and Pleasant stay

I had the handicap room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I love the handicap handles in the bathroom. The water was nice and warm. The room had a microwave and refrigerator and television and chair Very nice And vending machines was easy to access i left to early for breakfast.

Absolutely Terrible

This hotel should be shut down and remodeled. There is no reason that the towel racks should be barely hanging on and not even able to be used. Our bathroom was completely filthy and shameful. Someone from a previous stay left a clip on the bathroom counter, so it clearly wasn't cleaned properly. The ceiling in the bathroom was filthy from half of the shower head spraying the ceiling rather than the shower area. Not enough towels were provided for the number of guests that were there, and the bathroom door "stuck" my daughter went to the bathroom and couldn't open it from the inside.

No one answer the phone on the customer service desk call 7 times and no one can anwer. Also the customer service of Hotels.com have a online that dont work, keep you waiting on que and no one comes to help. I lost my money also the AIG Travel Insurance do not add it, they will have any excuse to not refund the money. The old classic insurance thiefs!!!

Peeling paint and plaster on walls. Mold in bathroom ceiling coming down. No Continental breakfast for 2 days. They don't have shuttle service from airport but it's advertised. Drug addicts and prostitutes hang out in rear of building all night. Owner or old man told me it's my problem when I complained over and over. Steer clear of this place.
