Stay away even at $100 a night! This hotel needs repairs.

I am saddened to see what has happened to this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the years. Obviously the owners, management don’t maintain their property. Hilton obviously don’t give a damn about integrity any longer or else they would have to the owners to update the hotel or have their franchise brand removed! The stain and condition of our room was disgusting ! Shame on the owners and Hilton for not having any regard for the Promus Hotels brands they created!

Service was great, however room is in terrible condition. Carpet is in bad shape, couch had stains all over it, we had to ask house keeper for sheets to put over the couch in order to sit on it. Bathroom was very bad shape, visible mold and holes around shower and faucets. Air conditioning unit rattled and filters looks disgusting, needs to be changed out. Bed is very uncomfortable as well. Positive note is that they have free hot breakfast and omelet bar and is near a lot of food options by tennis center. Embassy suits needs to do better in fixing up their properties to provide better rooms for the price we paid for.

Very old looking hotel. Very expensive for what it is, great location.

The hotel looks like it was built 30 years ago and that is how it has stayed. Rooms look very old with green carpet, bathroom is tiny and very old looking. Nobody can bring you towels and there were no sheets for the sofa. We paid 350 dollars to stay here to go to the tennis tournament in Indian Wells.

A dump

This place is a dump.. the front desk lady who checked us in was in a foul mood, the elevator was janky and Smelled like Rubber the room was filthy with stained furniture, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was no stopper in the sink, there Was No bag For the Ice bucket, No bag For dirty Laundry, none of the drawers closed and the worst thing was the bed in the room above us had the loudest springs and all it did was creak for hours in the middle of the night.
Let's move onto breakfast: uh, disgusting. And the lady making eggs must have been related to the front desk, lady because she was super foul too. I get that some people don't like their job but geeze, don't take a customer service position if you don't like people.
Never again. This place must've been a motel 6 and they slapped the Hilton label on it.

I have already reviewed this hotel…..I’ll not be back. I needed til leave a day early and was told it wasn’t possible….no refunds. Also no tv……no plates and silverware for all the food you sell in the lobby. Your front desk seemed very uncomfortable about answering any questions, I’ve used hotels.com many times…….this is the worst!
