Very Good

One night coming back from Sedona. This hotel seems like it is new. Rooms are not large but comfortable and modern. Not sure about the location as we did not stay long, but certainly not close to the better dining options, which are more towards Scottsdale. Check-in could have gone smother, but the staff member being in training.

Great customer service

I made a mistake on my reservation and Viviana took xtra time to help solve my problem. She contacted the correct hotel and got me a room even though they were booked on the website and she worked with her manager to help me get a refund on my mistake.

Great welcome!

After several hours of touring real estate, some clients and I Went for drinks and a meal at the restaurant. We were greeted upon entry by Jordan at the reception desk, who is no doubt an up and coming Rockstar in the hospitality industry.

BEST HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX

The hotel is sooooooo soooo clean! Hotel staff went above and beyond during my stay. Viviana B. was super sweet and helpful. She also allowed me to check in early. The whole staff was so nice and friendly to me and my friends. Lyft/uber was accessible. 10/10 stay! The hotel looks very nice and up to date. I can’t wait to return.

Hotel OK but LOUD MUSIC in public areas is annoying

Hotel is OK, everything is new and clean, however one thing that is really annoying is loud music playing non-stop in all public areas, starting from the moment you pull your car in front of the entrance, lobby, all floors. It is not typical lounge background music but really loud, overwhelming, and plays throughout the night. I had a teams meeting I had to attend at 1am in the lobby and the music was still same as during the day. We barely could sleep.
