I needed to get a room last minute, heat went out at home, very nice people, room is cute and spotless , only issue was I had to pay the dog fee every day because booked daily.

The hallways reaked of cleaning chemicals and our room reaked of smoking. We couldn't gdt out of their fast enough.

Always like this chain of hotels, like having the kitchenette and usually a recliner for tv viewing.

I won't ever stay here again. I booked it last minute when I realized I had to stay in the area and didn't read the reviews.
Its not that its dirty or unpleasant, it just wasn't comfortable. A queen sized bed with only 3 pillows was really odd, and the rooms only have a very, very thin bedspread and a blanket that is so thin I didn't realize I had one. There is no extra blanket anywhere.
The toilet paper roll was next to empty and I can change a toilet paper roll, that isn't the problem, it just made me wonder what the cleaning crew really looks at if they don't even notice the toilet paper being on its last couple sheets.
And it was so cold. The a/c was set to 60 and I kept adjusting the large lit-up thermostat next to the door. It turns out that its useless and the controls are in one of those old school under-window units.
The last thing is

I booked the room so I can have the ability to cook, however I was told they didn’t have pots and pans available. Go figure!
