Wasn't a terrible hotel but I've stayed in much better. Hotel was full of people who had loud unruly kids that made it difficult to sleep. Outlets next to my bed on the headboard didn't work. I wish I knew this was a CLC hotel before paying because it was definitely not worth the amount I unfortunately paid for it

We arrived at the hotel, the first thing was the gal behind the counter was overwhelmed with her computer giving her issues and a line of people waiting. She was very apologetic and kind the whole way through for every guest. However when it came time for us to check in, I showed her our reservation number from Hotels.com and she informed us that there was only one room reserved not two, so she again apologized for us not having rooms close together with our friends.
My family and I went to our room, which was room 330. We put our things down and went to go relax…well my 7yr old pulled the blankets back on one bed and they were full of blood stains on the backside of the comforter. Unacceptable. Went to the front desk, told the gal and showed her pictures, she moved us immediately to room 215. Room was ok stains on the carpet and some of the plugs didn’t work…by this time mind you it was 9:30 at night we had a bit of a drive and just wanted to relax. However the guests above us in room 315 had other plans. At 12:30, 2:30, and 7:00 am, I called the front desk to inform them we needed to get sleep the guest above us were sounding like a heard of elephants running back and forth, they said they would go and tell them to be quiet x 2. They were quiet for 3 hrs and back at it full course at 7am! Sleep was not in the cards that night. I went to the desk and asked to have another room. The guy was telling me they didn’t have any available. I informed him that I’m sure room 330 is…

Ok today before I was checking out at about 845 am I let my teenagers which was all over the age that was on the wall stating u must be 16 or older I had a employee (Arabic) tell my kids that they could not be in the fitness room which it stats that right next to the wall before entering that u have to be 16 or older he tells them that they can't be in there I was right next door in the pool area with my other 2 kids I had to come out in tell him that they we all over 16 in also he tries to tell me that the age has changed which it should be updated on wall if that's true but did not like his attitude at all

Decent

Decent hotel, I was greeted by mahomad ( I believe that is how you spell her name) she was so friendly and nice, she got me a room quickly and I was even a bit early. My room was somewhat clean, found hairs in the shower, I found that gross. Bed was very comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. Trash by the elevators was over flowing from 2pm until I left at 5am. The pool area was absolutely disgusting, pool water was green with a film on the top, other people have also mentioned that so they need a professional pool company to clean it up. Besides those 2 complaints everything else is decent. I slept perfectly as the hotel is very quiet. I will continue to stay here but if they improved their housekeeping and pool area I would have given it a 5 star.
