Suggested arrival time at the Cebu Pacific agent check-in counter
- 3 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for international flights from or to the Philippines.
- 1 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for domestic flights.
Ticket counter check-in process
- Upon your arrival at the airport, look for your check-in counter. There are monitors in the airport that show the agent counter number for Cebu Pacific check-ins.
- Go through all the security checks inside the airport.
- Once you arrive at the agent check-in counter, line up at wait for your turn.
- When it’s your turn, show your ticket and Valid ID to the agent.
- If the agent has any questions, answer him or her politely.
- Wait for the agent to print your boarding pass (with your seat number).
- Proceed to the boarding area.

Want to the skip the long queues at the airport. Then, head to the nearest Cebu Pacific self check-in kiosks, and get your boarding pass with ease.
Important notes regarding Cebu Pacific check-in kiosks
- This Cebu Pacific check-in is available as early as 8 hours before your exact flight.
- You’ll need the number for your booking reference to use any of Cebu Pacific’s check-in kiosks.
- To check-in your bags, make your way to the Bag Drop counter, before the closure.
- For those who are flying internationally, don’t forget to have your travel documents verified.
- Seats are assigned automatically, but you may change it, and choose your preferred airplane seat for a fee.
- On the low side, it is available at select airports only.
Check-in process with this option
- At the kiosk, enter your 6-digit booking reference number on its touch-screen monitor.
- The computer will, then, ask “who’s checking in for your flight”.
- Select your name as well as those who are flying with you. Alternatively, you may check-in everyone in your group with one tap through the “I want to check in all guests” option.
- Tap continue.
- Wait for the computer to print your boarding pass.
Self check-in isn’t allowed for the following
- Passengers that require special assistance or those with reduced mobility.
- Passengers traveling with infants.
- Unaccompanied minors (passengers below 15 years of age who are traveling solo)
- Expectant mothers.

- For domestic flights, this option is available from 1 week up to 1 hour before your flight.
- For international flights, this option is available from 1 week up to 4 hours prior to your flight. This service, however, is not available for flights from and to the United States of America.
