Pleasant stay

We stayed 2 days in Ahrensburg. The hotel was good overall. The room was suitable, a bit warm and the beds rather soft. Small shortcoming was the shower in the bathtub, which was well solved, but it would have done purely a shower too. The breakfast buffet was rich with salty and sweet, even fresh it had. Again small shortcoming was the juice concentrate, which had a very sweet and artificial taste. The location is good quite central in Ahrensburg.
The staff was attentive and friendly.

Super friendly. Only thing they have to improve are the matresses - too soft and too thin.
Otherwise perfect service and attitude.

VERY NICE HOTEL

We only stayed in the hotel for one night as we were passing through. I would have liked to have stayed longer. We had a double room with a small terrace. Unfortunately it had rained and so we couldn't use it. The rooms are not huge but completely adequate. The bathroom looked like it had just been renovated. The bed was fantastic, we slept very well. At breakfast we were greeted with the information that breakfast was only available until ten. At reception we were told the day before that it was until 10:30. As we are late risers, this information is extremely important to us. Despite everything, we were able to enjoy a very good breakfast selection. Overall I am a little disappointed with the staff. The young woman at reception was awful. No eye contact, no smile and obviously no joy in her work. We felt like unwanted intruders. We still enjoyed our stay in the hotel and say goodbye!

great hotel

What makes a great hotel is not the furniture or the equipment, but the staff, including the good soul Mrs. Zapf, who has been pampering guests with heart and passion for 15 years now. I can highly recommend this hotel for both private and business purposes.

Cozy

It was pouring with rain. You can drive comfortably into the spacious hotel garage and then walk dry to reception, where you are greeted in a very friendly manner. The rooms are a very nice size and are modern and elegantly furnished. In the evening we had a small family celebration in the fireplace room. The a la carte food is exceptionally good, be it fish or meat or even the fantastic goose breast. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. There is nothing that isn't there. The friendliness naturally deserves 5 stars. The only very small downside is the Lübzer Pils, which is not my thing. I would be happy to come back any time. Thank you for the perfect stay.
