We will be back

We are currently still on site and cannot understand some reviews here. All staff are very accommodating and attentive. You can ask at any time and you are always helped. And the breakfast is mega good and if you have something to complain about here you can no longer help. Everything for a good breakfast is available. So we definitely have worse breakfast at home. We will definitely come back.

They charge expenses that do not correspond

Lousy management. I book a room for one night at the Hotel Neuwarft Ketelsen, through Dagebüll Turismos and I am obliged to cancel due to Covid. This cancellation, despite sending me Dagebüll Turismus confirmation of said cancellation, according to the hotel they receive it with a date after the Reservation, so the hotel wants to charge me 100% of the room price, without discounting the percentage to which I am entitled for having cancelled.
The hotel and the Tourist Organization do not agree, despite having repeatedly contacted both to clarify this and with the request that the invoice be sent to me with the amount I have to pay.
I now receive a claim for non-payment from a law firm, not only without discounting what they should have, but by adding late payment amounts.
This is good management and customer service in Germany! I do not give credit!
I think I'm the one who's going to file a lawsuit with both the hotel and Dagebüll Turismus.

Here guests are apparently unwanted

Good location.
No telephone Reservation possible. The rooms in the older part are fine, but nothing more. Jamming windows, fluctuating temperature of shower. Breakfast rather simple.
We like to book family-run hotels, and have almost always done well with them. Neuwarft, however, is the most impressive proof that this is not necessarily the case.
The staff seems overwhelmed and scared. The owner is equally impossible to deal with staff and guests and seems to be a choleric. He doesn't seem to need guests. Occupation missed, unfortunately, one has to say.

Very nice place and very nice staff unlike the boss who is very unfriendly to us is also the maids are seh

The boss of the hotel should take an example from his employees who are too at least friendly and nice. Service very friendly and nice to us. The rooms are very clean and the cleaner is also very nice

In love with this place

Extremely satisfied: top location, you leave your car in the comfortable and ample free parking and walk to the sea or take the ferry to Amrum or Föhr. Friendly staff, maybe English is not so widespread in these areas but we understand each other well. Wi fi well functioning, abundant breakfast and even here friendly staff. Great value for money. So I fell in love with this place
