Cheery, Fresh and almost perfect!
1. The decor : both the lobby end the restaurant are bright, colourful and cheery. Likewise, the room.
2. The hospitality : the front office staff appear happy and that shows in their disposition- cheerful and happy to help. Katia and Dustin, stood out with their service.
3. The hotel is very well organised and even the toilets at the lower level were exceptionally clean.
4. The room was big enough, as was the bath and toilet. The bed was good and so was the air conditioning. There was enough natural light coming through the windows.
Our one big complaint was the lack of good Seating in the room. Just a stool? Surely, The NIU Brass can do better. We were forced to use the lobby whenever we wanted comfortable seating. Also, there was enough space in the room to create a bit more storage.
5. The breakfast spread was large and classy. The addition of cut onions and paprika and stuffed peppers at the cheese section, suited our pallete. Refills were timely and the buffet was beautifully arranged.
Wi Fi was fast and we liked the location of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Munich.

perfect hotel near the Olympic Stadium
It was only a short stay but made me feel very comfortable.
Great decor, clean room, comfy beds - all top! Staff also very friendly.
Price was a bit high, but that was probably due to the concert in the stadium and my quite short-term booking, offer/demand.
I can't say anything about breakfast, because I didn't use it.
