Great ski week Feb half term
Spent a lovely week over Feb half term at Suites Plaza and would recommend for families. Mok and the team were brilliant -engaging with the kids, lots of food options for those who like a ‘beige buffet’ like my two do, and friendly welcoming feel. Facilities were good - small but well thought out pool area with fancy showers with lights, towels, robes and slippers provided (we needed to book hour slots for each day when we arrived with the spa reception) . The sports area and soft play were an added bonus, especially the table football. Relaxed seating area in reception to unwind with a drink from the bar. We had a themed room with kids area that gave us plenty of space. Shampoo and body wash plus lots of other toiletries provided and we had a mini bar so could store the odd snack and some milk. No coffee machine in our room just kettle but the team were great and kept providing more coffee sachets when I’d run out. We couldn’t get parking at the hotel but there was another car park 2 mins walk up the road called centre historic, same price and easy to use card at the machines. We drove to the ski slopes each day - 3 times to Grandvalira, 2 times to Pal, all easily accessible and close. The hotel will store ski gear for you - we didn’t use this but saw lots of others did. We walked to the Central Park, main shopping area and a couple of restaurants from the hotel, all close, it’s a great location as a base. Only wish is that hotels would provide more hooks to hang stuff up, especially with drying swim and ski clothes but this is the same everywhere we go! We’d definitely go back. Thanks Mok and team!

Almost 5 star hotel
As already mentioned in other reviews, this hotel is not as good as advertised. My main disappointments came from the following issues:
There is an indoor pool, but it's almost impossible to use. When we arrived, we found out that it only works with a reservation. We had to choose from a few midday slots, none of which were suitable for us.
Before our journey, I sent an email to ask where I could charge our EV. The reply stated that a Tesla charger (old type) was available, but best to bring my own cable in case the one on-site wasn’t compatible. I paid €44 for two days, which gave me access to the underground parking with designated EV charging bays—or so I thought. After 10–15 minutes and a lot of maneuvering, I reached the bay, only to find that the charger wasn’t working. I asked at reception, and they confirmed that both chargers were out of order, but I could use a wall socket instead. Unfortunately, I only had a Type 2 cable, so I couldn’t use the "EV facility" at all.
One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the soft playroom, where I hoped my son could play with other kids. However, for some reason, it was not possible to use it either. A small tip: if you have a young child, don’t use the internal hallway to the garage. Your child will see the underground pool that they can't use, which may lead to a small tantrum.
We decided to try the room service, which had a rather unusual system. You need to install a local smartphone app, create an account, and register a credit card. Make sure you have mobile data, as you won’t be able to add a card while connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi. (You also need mobile data for the EV fast charger app.) After setting up the app, you can order from local restaurants by providing the hotel’s address and your room number.
Other minor issues included the shower in the bathroom and a noisy air conditioner, but nothing major.

Four day ski trip with my sons
Our stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. We arrived and reception saw that we would be better suited to a larger room with larger beds and simply upgraded us. The room was so comfortable, clean and perfect in every way. We were full board and the meals were all lovely. Infact when the staff realised we were leaving very early on the last day and would miss breakfast they prepared a picnic bag for us.
The pool and sauna were also very nice.
All the staff we met were so kind, friendly and helpful.
We will be coming back.

Ski Holiday
Lovely hotel with a well equipped comfortable room. The food let's this place down. We stayed half board and the choice at evening meal was poor with cold/lukewarm food. This let it down greatly as stayed 2 years previously and the food then was fantastic.
