Guest room

Staff garbage, towels not changed, beds not changed, cleaning once a week not even done, not advised, no kettle in the room, dust probably never wiped in the room, business cards basic not at reception, go to reception, tell to wipe the floor at least talk now and it's over there, we came with a group, all complain

Zero.. Horrible experience. I dont recommend at all. Dirty hotel and unprofessional staff.
I would not recommend it at all to anyone. Everyday we had a new issue with the hotel. Only 1 person trying to help, thats if you find him.. Reception never answers

The hotel is very clean and perfect for those going to Makkah however you do need to take a taxi to Al Haram which can cost you between £4-£6 each way so it’s a fair distance. The did not clean the room when we stayed which was a let down even after putting a request. There is few shops around to help with local groceries but nothing fancy. Overall a good hotel 4/5. There is a bus stop which takes you around but remember to download the Makkah Bus app prior to travelling.
