Great Staff !

I recently stayed in the quality hotel inside tradies club the staff have been amazing they fixed my room heater and replaced a tv for my comfort i praise each and everyone of you the room is comfortable near the tram that is located inside unfortunately i left early as i was not well but i am definitely returning here !

Teach your staff to make a bed properly.

The hotel needs to teach their staff how to make a bed properly. After half an hour in the bed, my toes were scraping the raw mattress. See photo. I had to get up in the middle of the night to pull off the sheets and blanket, and redo the bed. Looks like the underlay is for a smaller bed as well. I got a poor night's sleep and didn't need it.

It's a good location. Stayed there before, always clean, basic, does the job. Attached to tradies club so restaurant option is there but carpark gets busy Friday and Saturday nights because of the club.

Overall, this was fine. The room itself & the surrounds were very good & very close to Dixon shops etc. The only downsides were that on the 2nd night I was there, people in the room below talked loudly until 2.30am only to be followed by the fire alarm going off @ 4.30am. (There was no fire it appears).

The Hotel was very easy to access, close to dining and shops - great parking and also good for the kids.
The rooms were ample and clean.
Very happy with this location and will return.
