Amazing week in Iriri
The hotel's location is excellent. It is located on the rocks, at one end of Costa Azul beach, one of the best in Iriri. The building has a 1990s style, with wooden balconies and windows, which gives the place a charm. The room we stayed in, on the second floor, was very airy and spacious. Our balcony overlooked the sea and had racks to hang the hammock. Queen size bed, clean and soft sheets, good pillows and a duvet available for the coldest days (we went in early August). The split air conditioning works well and is silent. The bathroom is spacious, with an excellent shower, a good-sized sink and a hygienic shower next to the toilet. The hotel provides soaps and shampoo sachets, which we didn't use as we brought our own. Towels and bathroom rugs changed daily and bed linen every two days. I needed a hairdryer and the hotel lent it at no additional cost.
The breakfast is good, with good quantity and variety. The service from the hotel staff is exceptional. Highlight for Caetano, Sol and Regina, who always treated us with attention and a lot of kindness and friendliness. The pool is great, but at this time of year it is affected by the position of the sun, very early in the morning it is under the shadow of the hotel building itself. But the view is beautiful, it faces the sea! The pool bar has some snack and drink options, as well as beers and soft drinks. The steam sauna is turned on according to guest demand, from 5 pm to 8 pm. We used it for a day and really liked it. Very clean, good structure and good shower. The hotel provides towels for both the sauna and pool, just ask at the bar.
Parking is on the street next door and we only used it for one day. With the city empty and quiet, we left it on the street, in front of the hotel, as we didn't want to spend all the time asking an employee to open the garage.
The entire hotel is IMPECCABLE. Everything clean and very well looked after. Our stay was wonderful!
The only point I would suggest improving are the TVs. It rained on two of the days and I missed having a smart device to watch a series. The model was not smart. Another point is the acoustics of the corridors. From inside the rooms you can hear everything outside.

Good value for money
Good location on a quiet corner of the beach and walking distance from some restaurants. Rooms are not modern, but have a reasonable size. Shower and air conditioning are very good. It is a small property but has some amenities such as a swimming pool with a small cascade, very well located near the sea, sauna, games room, garden and playground for young children. We visited in April 2010.Good value for money.

Hotel construído sobre as rochas, a poucos metros da Praia da Costa Azul, entre as praias da Areia Negra e Namorados (ambas menos de 700 metros). Quartos superiores com vista para um lindo mar de águas verdes que terminam nas rochas sob o hotel. Limpeza impecável, chuveiro com água quente e fria de verdade, serviço de recepção, piscina, café da manhã e quarto nota 10, ar-condicionado nos quartos funcionam mesmo. Por do Sol incrível pode ser visto da piscina ou das rochas na parte externa junto ao mar.

Quarto superior frente pro mar é ótimo, vista maravilhosas e sono tranquilo com barulho do mar, café da manhã bom, restaurante com comida saborosa, wi-fi bom, limpeza boa, piscina linda e frente pro mar, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, como pontos negativos e dicas de melhora sugiro trocar as redes que estão muito velhas, melhorar a TV que deixa desejar, toldo para estacionamento que é descoberto e melhor organização no financeiro, anotei todo meu consumo na agenda, mas no fechamento não bateu, houve uma diferença pra mais, achei melhor não questionar, porém ficou confuso se foi acrescentado os 10% que relatam não cobrar de hóspedes ou se foi devido a mudança de período de natal pra ano novo que também tinham ficado de manter os preços de acordo com devido período ou se houve falha nas anotações de produtos do bar e principalmente do frigobar.

Hotel superou minhas expectativas. Quarto e banheiros amplos. Fiquei em apartamento de frente para o mar. A vista é linda. Gostaria de agradecer a toda equipe do hotel as gentilezas. Vocês são demais. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza impecável tanto do quarto como o hotel. Nota 10 !
