Top hotel

This is indeed one of the best places to relax in Bulgaria. I cannot give anything other than 5 stars. The staff is super professional and helpful, the accommodations are wonderful, and so are the amenities and the restaurant. It is PERFECT for visiting with children. I cannot recommend more highly.

Great place for trying Bulgarian cousin and wines.

This place was my weekend holiday with my family. Relaxing in the outdoor pool with a beer or two :), or at the Spa center it is up to you.
There where few places for child’s, either outside or inside at the kinder-room.
Rooms are really classy and big, you have plenty of space even at the terrace.
Try walking at the pond nearby the pool and definitely see the small zoo garden :).
The food at the restaurant was top notch, The Duck Magre was delicious. Salad of the Chef was really good, of course with such salad don’t forget to try their Houme Rakia it is nice to get in this small ice bottles like the old times in Bulgaria :).
I am missing for sure to tell more about the place, but there is a parking for the cars, free of charge, internet is super fast and with wide range. The staff are friendly and polite ready to help you with everything.

Tranquility

The restaurant was pretty great , I enjoyed a really tasty pasta, the portion was a bit smaller than usual and it was a bit pricey but it was pretty good. The real experience comes from the great fresh wine that they serve you which is made and preserved there(sadly you can't take a bottle from it for home). Staff were polite and the interior and area is incredibly calming from all the hustle and bustle. Sadly the beef tagliatelle caused some heartburn to one of the people that was eating with me (not sure if it was the sauce or the beef itself )but it wasn't that properly cooked for some reason.

Best hotel in Bulgaria

The best hotel in Bulgaria. Full stop. End of story. Friendly staff, great facilities and good wine from the vines surrounding the hotel. Sooo relaxing. Nice place, nice people. Great location too, sandwiched between he Rhodope and Pirrin mountains.
