Room is comfortable, spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Very clean rooms and amenities are okay. Love the cookie! Located to a nearby mall. Breakfast is delicious.

STAY AWAY – A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE HILTON BRAND

I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews, thinking they might be exaggerated — I couldn’t have been more wrong. What I experienced at this property was not just poor service — it was arrogant, dismissive, and downright insulting.
If you're expecting even basic hospitality, prepare to be ignored, disrespected, and humiliated. I reached out to the hotel three days before my arrival inquiring about access to the executive lounge — no reply. On the morning of my arrival, I followed up again, highlighting the lack of response and the importance of this information to my booking. Only then did someone reply, apologizing and assuring me they would "take care of me." That was a lie.
When I arrived, no one had a clue about my inquiry. The front desk staff were cold, careless, and clearly not interested in helping. When I asked about the lounge access, Serena, the Director of Rooms, came over — not to assist, but to lecture me in the most condescending and disrespectful way possible. She informed me that the lounge was “not operational ” then contradicted herself saying it was “booked by a family.” When I referenced their website and the misleading information, she shrugged it off and snapped that "we don’t give lounge access to Gold members, only Platinum." That’s perfectly acceptable — if it had been communicated clearly when I emailed days prior. Instead, I was misled.
Trying to follow up the matter, I asked to speak to the Duty Manager in the evening. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable and not even close to the standards expected of a DoubleTree, let alone any Hilton-affiliated property.
To add insult to injury, EIGHT HOURS after check-in — when we were already asleep — the Duty Manager knocked on our door to offer a “room upgrade” for the inconvenience. Really? You knew we were checking out early the next morning. What kind of management thinks waking a guest at night to offer a pointless room change is a solution?
This hotel is a joke. They treat guests with contempt, ignore loyalty status, and display a shocking lack of professionalism or decency. If you value being treated with respect — if you expect even the most basic level of hospitality — do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast felt more like what you'd expect at a 2-star motel—below average, very limited selection, hardly any fruit, and once again, no service to speak of.
There are plenty of other Hilton properties in the vicinity that actually care about their guests. This one is a stain on the brand. Avoid at all costs.

One receptionist doesn’t understand English well but seems like pretending she does, most of them, asked for a room extension for 6 days from my booking. She (Anne) asked for a passport and have waited 10-15 mins at the reception thinking that she already extended the room and activated the keys. But she did not, I even asked for cooking utensils but what she understood was if I asked for another key or extra key when I asked for cooking utensils. I said no, but she gave me extra key and then I repeated that I was asking for cooking utensils she said okay and someone will bring them in the room. But no one did, and the room wasn’t extended. Was disturbed thrice by phone calls from reception saying that I need to check out, and cleaning staff even knocked on the door and opened it when I was about to open the door, and was half naked, and no one brought the cooking utensils needed to call again for them to bring one cause receptionist clearly isn’t attentive on what I’ve told her or just did not really understand English too well. It’s okay if she doesn’t, but the disturbance and all the inconvenience it brought were hilarious!
Pros: 10-15mins away from the airport, restaurant is 24 hours open so room service is 24 hours as well. Room is spacious as well as the bathroom, I booked the King room with a kitchenette, it was great. There’s a person performed at Thursday night, not sure if the performance is every night he sings and plays saxophone on every guests’ tables.
Seems like a 5 star hotel, but super budget-wise. Worth the price! If not for the receptionist who ruined my stay.
It’s my fifth night, will be staying here for 5 nights more.

Room is spacious as well as the bathroom, I booked the King room with a kitchenette, it was great. Seems like a 5 star hotel, but super budget-wise. Super worth the price! I must stay, you should stay here. It's been my first overnight, have been here less than 24 hours but I'm loving it! Will revise this review whenever I see something more good or bad. Will be staying here for 3 nights only but would probably extend if in case I needed more rest from business meeting and exploring the city.

Wonderful hotel

Definitely this hotel was the most beautiful of my vacation, the super large rooms with king bed, shower with tub ideal for couples with children. Good location of the hotel in relation to the airport and the city center. Definitely the best place.
