Disappointing
1- A room far away from the Pool Terrace based on my last stay experience of loud music till late.
2= A medical pillow
To my shook the room I was allocated was directly above the pool and no medical pillow in the room.
Naturally, I was very upset and requested to speak to the EAM or Front Office Manager and was told none were available (never returned my call).
I was eventually put through to the Duty Manager a pleasant gentleman Mr. Sharqawi who was very apologetic and offered me a corner room away from the pool.
The bedroom was dated and the bathroom is a very small and the bath tub with the dirty shower screen is a disgrace. I've had better experiences of a shower at a Holiday Inn Express.
Overall, the Hotel is very noisy with rowdy clientele
The Club Lounge is the worst I've experienced at any ICH worldwide, un edible snacks and cheep booze. Nevertheless staff are friendly
I dinned at the Italian, Thai and Grill and none lived up to my expectations expect the Thai. The Lady host was professional and food was good.
The other two outlets staff very unprofessional and food mediocre.
I was not enjoying my stay and decided after 3 nights to move to a near by brand new hotel which I went and inspected before booking it.
After nearly 25 years of always staying at Semiramis I very much doubt I will again

Chaos
I spoke to the assistant manager at the reception many times and so far , there no solution and the same problem is kept unresolved, it s very weird .The team try to be helpful but it seems that their executive actions are very limited..
