Efficient check-in. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent directions to the major tourist sites, stored our luggage for an afternoon, and were very accommodating. Excellent employees. The beds were good. Superb breakfast.

Helpful and flexible

I had to stay due to an urgent family matter. The hotel were brilliant in helping me and being flexible around my duration of stay and sorting out travel arrangements.

Bad experiences. Nothing recommended

I am from NH Club, I have visited several hotels in the chain and so far, it is the worst of all. This is not the first time I have stayed here and the negative experience repeats itself. I stay here periodically because my work always makes the reservation at this hotel, for work reasons. For starters, the elevator is a ratchet that does not correspond to the level that the hotel supposedly has. The staff is NOT nice. You come in on a Sunday afternoon and they don't have dinner service; they put a vulgar letter on you from a nearby pizzeria, and that's what it is. If you want dinner, you call from the room and they'll take you. And if you don’t like that style of food, forget about it because there’s nothing else, and neither does the hotel. The day I was leaving, I handed the key over to the counter and they asked if I had consumed anything. I said no, and I had fallen asleep, so I hadn’t come down to breakfast even though I had paid for it. The answer was, “Here’s your to-do phone.” I didn't understand anything. Until I understood that it meant a call I had made the day before from the landline of the room (because my mobile phone charger cable had been broken). And he tells me I have to pay 14 euros! I paid them, I would miss more, but obviously I will not return to this hotel and I will see to it that in my work I will not be assigned again this hotel in the future. I find it very unfortunate that in the 21st century you were charged 14 euros for a call from a landline, which was a few minutes, and that was also out of necessity. Another time before I was there I asked for iron service (as the trousers and shirt after the trip arrived with wrinkles), and I was told flatly that it was impossible as they did not have this service available. Of course, I do not recommend this hotel at all, there are already several experiences and there are things that I see that do not change.

Nuestro bufet de desayunos esta disponible de 7:00 a 10:00 los días laborables y de 7:00 a 11:00 los festivos.
Desde la habitación tiene disponible la posibilidad de hacer llamadas al exterior por una tarifa establecida.
Durante el fin de semana no tenemos servicio de plancha pero ofrecemos siempre una plancha y accesorios para uso del cliente.
Sentimos muchos los incovenientes y lamentamos no haberle podido ofrecer los servicios que usted requería.
