We looked for a hotel close to the airport... BUT - the walk was inconvenient and we had to take the bus. So it didnt matter.
Regarding the hotel itself - very outdated, really nothing special. If you could find something else for the same price or cheaper - go with that one.

It was too hot to sleep.
At the right time of year it would be fine.

Hotel was a tad tired.
Bed was clean but room was well passed its best.
WiFi wouldn’t connect and safe didn’t seem to work so took passports out with us for evening meal.
Plenty of eateries a few minutes walk - all good value.
