Great, Highly Recommendation!!
Clean and air-conditioned rooms.
Privacy is not lacking thanks to the curtains that separate from the common areas, each bed is equipped with a usb socket and small light.
Breakfast is varied (cakes, cereal, bread with ham and cheese, milk and coffee...) satisfying to be free.
Small but clean and functional bathroom.
Overall very positive experience, Recommendation for simple and comfortable Accommodation. Recommendation to bring a padlock so you can close the drawers. The windows, however, do not have curtains, so in the morning light comes in.

Great area. Hostel has some flaws
I stayed in November, and actually had a 4-bed dorm to myself the entire 3-night stay.(this won't usually happen). There are lots of showers, chilling facilities and a basic breakfast is included.
A few gripes:
In my dorm there is no main light. There are lights next to each bed, but it's annoying if you arrive whilst it's dark outside, and if your phone is dead, you'll never find the bedlight switch. There is also no plug accessible by the bed - just a USB port - but these ports are clearly old/unfunctional, and did not charge my phone. On the last night I realised there are actually some old sockets hidden behind the bunk bed framing, but these are not accessible due to the walling of the bed. The room could certainly be designed better for 21st century travellers.
Another note is the signs that say 'no alcohol' which I don't think I've seen in any other hostel. Whether hostels like it or not, most travellers who frequent Palma are German, British, Irish or French - and we all like to socialise over drinks.

Room number 12 is the hallway of room 13. You could say that it is a room for 16 people and not 8…
On the other hand, we have felt “Cheated”. Through Booking I reserved all the beds that made up 1 room for 8 people, and about 8 months in advance. Upon arrival at the hostel, they offered us room number 12, “you share a bathroom with number 13,” they said.
Once inside, what was our surprise that, to get to room number 13, they had to go through ours!! The 12!! It looked like it was a previous hallway that they had taken advantage of. They were not able to relocate us, citing the fact that I reserved beds and not rooms, indicating that they had done us a favor. I remember that from booking I reserved the 8 beds in a single room, and many months in advance.
If it contributes something, we were a group of 8 people who were around 40 years old each.
Along with this, the air conditioning must be turned on/off from reception. We met at dawn on Saturday to turn it off, given that there is no one there after 11:30 p.m.

Not very attentive staff
The staff at the front desk were not responsive at all, to very basic questions.
There was a small "accident" in the room and they simply changed the room, without even apologizing.
The common spaces are nice and the free breakfast included is a good thing.
I advise the staff to put a little more effort into it.
