Very nice apartment well located
Large and very good apartment, kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The residence is secure with code and calm. Exchange with the accommodation manager by WhatsApp, very appreciable.
It may be missing something to do the dishes properly (sponge, dish soap, tea towels), and a microwave oven, but otherwise nothing to report.
The location is ideal, close to the Metropol Parasol and its lively surroundings!

like being at home
“Like being at home. The location, the comfort, the tranquility, the services of the apartment and the staff (Thank you Rocío). Everything is correct.” The location is excellent. In front there is a Carrefour Express. On the left is Regina Street that takes you to MUSHROOMS and on the right are several bars and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in old Seville
EXCELENT The apartment is ideally located if you want to be in the old part of Seville-lots of bars and eateries. Before arrival - communications with the host was good with quick response and clear instructions. The apartment-it was clean and big enough for 3 adults. With all amenities provided, surprised that disposable toothbrushes and razors were also provided plus the usual showers/shampoo and body lotion. The air conditioning works well and was a godsend in the August heat. I will definitely book here again when next visit to Seville

Great location and good value for money
These apartments are located in the old town of Seville, just 5 minutes from the sister hotel , the Hotel Palace Seville. Like us, if this is your first trip to Seville and you are arriving from the airport at night I would recommend getting a taxi and being dropped off right outside the apartment. Simply, the old town is a maze of very narrow streets, many which don't have easy to read street name signs - especially at night.
In daytime it's easy to find your way to all the main attractions that Seville has to offer. But I would definitely recommend having Google Maps available to help with navigation - the printed "tourist maps" were difficult to read and pretty useless in the old town.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It is a really good location. There are a number of restaurants,cafe and tapas bars, in the surrounding streets and squares. Also a well stocked mini market across the road.
I think there was only one main drawback. Our apartment had only one window, it was full floor to ceiling in height and looked on to a lovely courtyard. For security reasons ( i imagine) this was covered by a metal cage. It would have been much nicer if instead of the metal cage, the window had been covered with a lockable set of shutters, which would have given adequate security but also a second means of exit from the apartment, in the event of a fire etc.

“ Excelente y cómodo. La ubicacion, cerca de la calle Regina que desemboca en las Setas.Y el personal muy atento y correcto .Todo bien. ”
