Perfect to stay at with pet!

Very good night sleep. Room was clean, beds comfy. No carpet in room which I like. Bathroom older but clean. Did not have breakfast but it looked basic. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Conveniently located off highway. Fast food nearby, along with a few restaurants. So happy they took pets for reasonable price

Changed rate, then canceled room.

Hotel called 2 months after booking the room. Informed me the rate would be 450 per night as opposed to the 100 per night rate I had reserved, if that wasn't ok they would cancel the room. False advertisement, violation of contract. Avoid due to poor business practice and greed.

BEWARE of 3% Credit Card Surcharge in ADDITION to Taxes!!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. When I checked out I requested a copy of my receipt so I could reconcile my records when I got home. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home and looked at the bill, I noticed that a credit card surcharge had been applied. That was another $11 added to my bill (it's based on the amount of your bill), so it's not the same for everyone. While that may not seem like a lot to some people, keep in mind, this was on top of the 17.5% in taxes and fees they charge already making it a total of 20%! WHY!! After speaking with the hotel directly, they tried to tell me that all hotels in TN, VA and NC are doing it. This is not true! Each hotel makes this decision for themselves. They could not tell me why, says it was a fee they have no control over. I know for a fact that NOT ALL hotels are charging this feel. DO NOT STAY AT ANY HOTEL THAT CHARGES THIS EXTRA FEE. They are simply taking advantage of people. If hotels can't cover their credit card fees, then they need not be in business. FIGHT BACK PEOPLE! This is not right. People are barely making it on credit, let alone carrying around hundreds of $ in their pocket to pay cash. If you must travel, PLS CALL AHEAD and ask if they charge this fee. Every penny counts!

The bed was comfortable except for the mattress cover under the fitted sheet was bunched up and uncomfortable. Also the bed was too low.

The stay was fine. Easy check-in, place was clean - rooms are very small. Two bed rooms have double beds that feel tiny, and not much walking space in the room. But breakfast was average and things were clean - so it was okay.
