This is the second time we have stayed at this Sure Stay. Very convenient, right off the freeway.
Only problem we had was with the heater in the room. It was super noisy.
Staff at this motel is excellent!

Not Returning

Tried this place twice hoping the 1st review might change things. Pool still not heated (why have a pool), hot tub was ok. Had a room safe. Body wash dispenser empty (isn't housekeeping suppose to check stuff like that) ? Loose tub fixtures (in both rooms). A/C could have been better but it was working. The more people that checked in the wifi signal got weaker. Actually had to go to the lobby to use my laptop. Only had 2 bars for the local 5G network. Room door might get a bit drafty in the colder months. Denny's, Walmart and Dollar Tree in walking distance. What more do you need ? Hotel had a pretty good breakfast selection. Simple. Front desk staff were nice.

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast selection and found our front desk staff to be nice. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We keep our pool at 82F turning up higher cause algae to grow and heated pool at 102F. We will address the concerns regarding, housekeeping checks, and maintenance of room fixtures with our team.
We’re also sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connectivity issues and the drafty room door. Your comments will help us work towards enhancing our guests’ experience.

It was horrible the water was shut off our entire stay. We couldn’t shower, wash our hands, brush our teeth or take a shower. They said the water would be on in a couple of hours and still wasn’t on the next day. I have left several messages for the manager to call me and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I expected to be refunded but management doesn’t seem too care that our trip was ruined due to this. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Everything was very nice, very clean. Convenient location. Only issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed and we were SO looking forward to that! Breakfast was good and there was in-room coffee.

It was a great place to stay in for a quick trip it had a decent breakfast it was great overall, it would had been nice to use the pool but was not in service, and it would had been even nicer if their was a bar inside to mingle with others as we were trying to meet for fun
