A Magical Holiday Experience for the Whole Family
My kids don’t want to spend the holidays anywhere else this hotel has become such a special tradition for us.
The holiday experience here is truly magical, and I highly recommend it.
Pablo from guest experience was amazing he chatted with me through the app and surprised my kids with Easter eggs in the room, which absolutely made their day.
The Ritz Kids activities are always full of fun and delightful surprises.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and perfect for families.
Frank at Cantina Bar was so welcoming and kind he really added to our wonderful stay.
The food is consistently delicious, with excellent quality and flavor every time. You can really count on a great meal here.

What You Expect In A Ritz Carlton
Stayed at the Ritz Carlton on a business trip. The hotel is what you expect from a Ritz Carlton.
The rooms are nice and clean and the food is good. One thing the hotel could use is another bartender when there is a large group or convention staying at the hotel.
The bar area gets very crowded at night when groups are in town.

Book suite and lounge access
Executive suite & lounge access were terrific. Oliver in the lounge was attentive and helpful. Housekeeping good. Suite was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed use of the e-bikes to visit the state park - highly recommend. Beach and pool staff and service not 5-stars. This Ritz doesn’t go above and beyond and is in need generally of the upcoming renovation. Bet it’ll be great afterwards.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I had a great long weekend trip. I used to come to this hotel as a kid a lot so it was nice to experience it as an adult. We are expecting and wanted to do a photoshoot on the beach at the hotel which we did through the photo concierge and had the best service with Sabrina. It was a quick 45 minute session so it did not take much time out of our trip & photos also turned out beautiful!
