Special meeting gets special treatment

We held our organization's monthly meeting there because we needed extra space due to a big-name presenter who spoke to our Chapter. The sales and AV staff were great and easy to work with when we planned things, and our meeting and presentation ran smoothly thanks to event staff. Thank you, Sheraton Valley Forge King of Prussia!

Spiders and cold shower await you!

I have stayed at the KOP Valley Forge for many years. Tonight is my last. When I arrived last night, at 1am in the morning, there was no one at the front desk and I finally was able to get a key. When I arrived at my room, there was a giant spider on the ceiling. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower, my shower was only cold. When I called down to the front desk, they told me to adjust my hot water to cold water and it would be warm. It was not. Tonight when I arrived back at my hotel, I checked to see if I had hot water. I tried their trick again, it did not work. When they came up to show me, I only had lukewarm water. Then when I went over to get something out of my suitcase, the spider that I killed the previous night, was balled up under my toes. They had not vacuumed the carpet. This place is disgusting, and I will never stay here again. When I complained, they did not offer anything. No credit for my room, no points, nothing.It is as if these bad experiences are my issue. They moved me to a different room and it is not an upgrade, just a move to basic necessities and has been a huge inconvenience. Don’t stay here. On top of bad experience, customer service is worse.

People exceed facility quality

A joy to have a real choice of pillows: one squish able (and one bouncy). Lovely room, friendly people (special notice to Mike on the front desk).
Facility showing some wear (loud droning vent, always on, in bathroom, some exterior doors broken, etc), but nothing a real problem. And the thermostats really work!

Good service

Everything was great. Attentive to my needs. Tasty breakfast. Clean bedroom. Large bathroom. Hot water all the time. Smooth internet connection. The hotel staff provided friendly service. Near a mall. Surroundings are quiet. Recommended.

Excellent option for business trips

Excellent and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Very spacious rooms and beds suited for an excellent night of sleep. Gym could have a bit more equipments, but still fair enough for a good morning exercise.
Staff is very helpful and friendly in all ways.
