Excellent Customer Service!
1.) Bathroom- towels were ratty/torn and 'extremely' rough, there was no exhaust fan, and the shower fixtures were coming out of the wall and leaking.
2.) The bedsheets were worn and torn.
3.) We were not recognized at check in as Platinum Reward members. When we said we were reward members, we were told there were no reward gifts available.
4.) The door to the room had a large gap between the door and the door frame.
We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Nicholas and Randi at the front desk! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge in our room. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and provided plenty of hot and cold food/drink choices. Although, the hot foods could have been hotter. The lobby/property was clean, plenty of free parking spaces. Lots of dining choices close to the hotel.
Overall, we would recommend a stay at this Best Western in La Verkin, Utah.
