This was a very good stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I booked the wrong night and front desk was excellent in helping to correct that. But then paid more for the room than I would have liked. The room was on ground floor and we could hear every noise in the hallway and outside. Maybe upper levels better?

horrible and disturbing it was filthy and it stink. Just an overall disgusting hotel also I was overcharged due to them not realizing I paid online never going back to this hotel didn’t sleep the whole night and left early

I could hear at least three TV sets from other rooms. In the room next door, a small child was anxious and eventually fairly hysterical, then settled down about midnight. That family left their TV on loudly all night, I assume to help the small child to feel more comfortable. Then at 7:00am the people in a different had a loud yelling fight. We could hear and understand every word. This night was unusually loud, but would not have been so exhausting had the hotel walls and doors been reasonably insulated. Even normal sounds like the three TVs that I could hear would not have been so irritating if the walls and doors were properly built to be more effectively insulated, because I would not have been able to hear them from inside my room.

Worn Out Old Dump

Lifetime Gold Marriott, so seen a few of these places. April '25:
8 people at checkin, took 30 min. One clerk. This should be AI / Automated. Only people who want to ask fifty questions or change something should have to stand in line.
Stale aroma masked by heavy aromatic treatment (perfume).
You can tell the building was smoked in back in the day.
Breakfast: Check your plan to see if you have it included. It should be for everyone but it is not.
Noise Level: Higher than normal from being busy and the doors are so loud and no insulation. Every door near you slams shut with a loud noise. Your neighbors will equal your hallway experience here.
Excessive hallway noise last night and before 5:30 this morning.
Alarm: The alarm clock went off at 5:45. If it wasn't bolted down, they would have found it in the pool.
Desk chair: So old it had no padding in the back. Just a frame and a seat. Unusable for work.
Overall: Marriott should sell this dump to Wyndham or just tear it down.
