An issue with my room, and they quickly resolved it. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. It didn’t stink tiles were nice. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location, plus cleaning. Yet, they can improve their breakfast. It's quite plain.

Kind of disappointed

The smell of tobacco in the room, no healthy options for breakfast, just bread and waffles, and many issues with the key cards. Good parking and location near the downtown. The neighbourhood is not the best for taking a walk but the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Lots of homless people around the area and scary to go out but being right in front of bus stop is a convenient to travel out to the city.

Pro: Easy check in and check out. Ample parking for a fee. Bus stop right outside. Continental breakfast includes fresh waffles.
Con: Room floor needs some repair and there weren’t many choices for plugs.
Will definitely consider staying here again if my travels take me near DTLA
