Upon entry, there were no less than 30 flies in the room, and we spent the first hour or so attempting to kill them all. The property and room were not well maintained, the walls were paper thin, and the ac unit was broken. I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations, and while not big on frills, they were much cleaner and safer.

Motel 6 in Manteca is probably a sub par motel with inadequate rooms & for the most part everything in them. However the second story of the motel has more decent rooms and the things in them work correctly ie; air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, showers, tv & remotes. All in all the
price for the rooms definitely is much higher than the rooms are worth , one night I spent $273.00 for a standard room. Overall motel 6 in Manteca is probably one of the tru valley’s biggest burn.

We showed up to the hotel a half hour after check in. The front desk was empty and we were on a time constraint due to my parents getting married. We were informed that there was no room ready and they can call. Once I let them know we arrived in time to get ready for a wedding, they advised we should call ahead next time. We agreed to a room with one bed (we had our daughter with us who needs her own bed). They said they might let us know once another room was clean. While they offered another room
and called us once we were at the wedding. We were expected to go back mid-wedding. Never would I ever stay here again.

There was a condom on the ground in the walk way outside my room and also a syringe left in the shower and front desk was notified and no one ever came to clean it up. Also waited 10 minutes at the front desk before being helped.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Found a cockroach in bathtub. Tried to find a different room, considered sleeping in car but was with kids. Went to sleep only to be woken up at 3:30am with the people next to us fist fighting. Got up to use restroom where I found two more cockroach’s under my towels. It was a nightmare and horrible place to stay.
